Business travellers will be delighted with the new changes and fares being introduced by Easyjet. The new tariff comes as an incentive to attract more business bookings on the low-cost airline and includes a 20kg hold bag, credit card payment and seat selection; substantially cheaper than booking these separately.
Head of UK Sales, Ruth Pratt, says, ‘We are really pleased to be able to offer an inclusive fare for the first time. It will help us to compete even more effectively with the legacy carriers as well as providing further choice and value for the ten million-plus corporate travellers who choose to fly easyJet every year.’
The new type of tariff is furthermore to other amenities that easyJet offer such as speedy boarding, seat selection and unlimited data change and will only be on sale through the GDSs and other systems connected directly to easyJet. Attempting to target business travellers for several years, easyJet has really pulled out all the stops by signing deals with Travel Management Companies and corporates across Europe.
